The 24 Hours of Landahl is one in a series of similar mountain biking events organized by Granny Gear Productions that also includes:

Landahl Park, the location of the race, is a popular mountain biking venue in western Missouri, just outside of Kansas City. With a wide variety of terrain, the park system provides a perfect venue for the 24 Hours of Landahl race.

Like all 24 Hour events, the goal for each team (from 1 to 4 people) is to complete as much distance as possible within the 24 hour time frame. The event course is an 11 mile loop that is both technical and fast and includes such wonderful sections as "Dave's Maze", "Wills Wanderer", "Mikey's Tantrum" and "Lunatic Outlook".

The course is an 11 mile loop (most maps show 9.5 miles, but they are wrong) that is both technical and fast. The average participant should expect to complete the loop in about 1 hour 10 minutes.
