The 100 Mile Club® provides the opportunity to run or walk 100 miles at school during a single school year and is committed to improving school readiness to learn, creating better educational outcomes, building self-esteem and overall improved health in the lives of children and others.
We are a grass-roots non-profit dedicated to helping our children become healthy, happy, and connected...one child, one school, one community at a time.
Margaret Schlachter's 100 Mile Club® FUND "RACING" TEAM
$10 is all is takes to help a child participate in this program for a year. They receive a t-shirt and finishers medal after they reach the 100 mile mark. This type of goal setting and follow through can really change a students life and foster a love of movement.
The 100 Mile Club is a rapidly growing organization with participating schools all over the United States and world. More and more our schools are cutting back on gym and other chances for students to move around. This brings movement and goal setting back into the classroom.

I set the bar high for this race and hope to raise $5,000 for the organization this year while racing 50+ miles of mud, obstacles, water and more...
