FIRM (Fiske Independent Race Management) was founded in 1986 and has since grown to become the second largest race promoter on the east coast of the United States. Located in Charlton, Massachusetts, the organization approximately 30 multi-sport and running events every year, including the [Lancaster Half Ironman], Webster Lake Triathlon and [Danskin's Women's Triathlon], among others.

In addition to their multi-sport endeavors, FIRM has made a commitment to give back to their community. Every year FIRM events raise money for local/regional charities. To date, the company has raised nearly $1MM in charitable donations. Organizations that have benefited from FIRM's charitable generosity including the Lions Clubs, Recreation Departments, YMCA's, Fire Departments and Boys and Girls Clubs.
