SWIM
distance: 400 yards
The swim takes place in man-made Ashwaubomay Lake. A buoy line stretches throughout the length of the lack and acts both as a guide for swimmers as well as a resting point, if needed. The swim begins at the north end of the lake and circles around before return to the north end for the swim finish.
BIKE
distance: 15 miles
The bike course heads out of the transition zone and travels south on Broadway before quickly turning west on Parkview, then to Glory Road and Packerland Drive. The route continues into the town of Hobart and returns on Grant St./Hwy EE back to Glory Road and the park. Miles are marked every 5th mile and there is usually plenty of water and Gatorade throughout the course.
RUN
distance: 3.1 miles
The run leaves Ashwaubomay Park and heads north on Broadway before turning around near the National Railroad Museum and returning on Broadway back to the park. The run course is extremely flat, allowing for very fast splits. All miles are usually marked and there is usually plenty of water and Gatorade on the course.
