J. is a funny guy, a great writer and a fairly decent triathlete.  In late 2005 he started his IM Training blog to document the months leading up to the 2006 Ironman USA / Lake Placid, his first Ironman event.  Since competing in the race (and finishing), he has kept the blog fairly active with hilarious and insightful looks into his world and that of triathlon.  It's well worth reading!
