One Step Beyond is a multisport coaching company based in Cary, North Carolina. We provide coaching services to all levels of age-group athletes - from first year triathletes competing in their local sprint series, to the long-distance veteran looking to maximize his or her training time. We also host multiday training camps and one day Powerstroke triathlon swim clinics around the Southeast. OSB has three coaches on staff - Marty Gaal, Brianne Gaal, and Melissa Hall.
