Rockbuster is an off-road duathlon that is easy enough for all participants, regardless of athletic ability. It consists of an off-road run, mountain bike on single track and a second off-road run, all taking place amidst the beauty of Ashland State Park in Ashland, Massachusetts. Rockbuster is a small race - with only 150 participants in maintains a fun, grass-roots feel.

RUN: 1.8 miles
BIKE: 5.5 miles
RUN: 1.8 miles

The Rockbuster Duathlon is organized by FIRM Racing, the team behind such other events as the Wrentham Duathlon, Danskin Women's Triathlon, Sudbury Spring Sprint Triathlon and more.

RUN
distance: 1.8 miles
The run is a cross-country course on established trails with one significant hill in the middle.

BIKE
distance: 5.5 miles
The bike is a 2 loop course on trails. Though it is primarily single track, it is not overly technical and is wide enough to enable passing. There is one significant hill on the loop.

RUN
distance: 1.8 miles
The second run is the same course as the first.

CHARITY
This race is a fundraiser for the Marlboro Lions Club.

PARKING
The park is officially closed for this race. If you plan on staying after the race to ride, make sure you park outside the gates so you don't get locked in.
