S.C.O.R., which stands for "Specialized Coronary Outpatient Rehabilitation," was founded 1974 by Randy Ice, P.T., C.C.S. The SCOR Cardiac Cyclists Club is a California-based, non-profit, recreational club that encourages bicycling as form of rehabilitative therapy after heart attack, coronary bypass surgery, angioplasty and other forms of heart disease. SCOR members promote safe cycling and emphasize the heath benefits of cycling and related activities.

SCOR members develop and organize the popular Solvang Century and Solvang Prelude in Southern California as well as numerous other cycling activities.

The organization is also involved with Camp Bon Coeur and Camp Del Corazon, two-day camps for children with congenital heart disease. and numerous other cycling activities.

The money raised by SCOR is used to fund the American Heart Association and a variety of other heart related projects, including Camp Bon Couer and the Make a Wish Foundation as well as six TEAM SCOR's in the [Race Across America] relay division.
